Q. What happens after I contact you?

A: I will respond to you your inquiry and determine the best method for further contact. I begin the process with a simple questionnaire about your event. Then we will schedule a free one-hour consultation as an opportunity to review your responses and get to know each other. If we are a match, that’s wonderful! We can move into the contract process.

Q: If I hire a planner, will I feel out of control?

A: You will always be in charge of the decision-making process. My job is to help build an event day team that will reflect your personality and style. I will never make decisions for you, but I will be honest and open if I think there is a better solution.

Q: Do you receive a commission or kickback from any of your vendors?

A: No. I choose my vendors based on past performance, reliability, budget considerations and if they reflect your style. I do not pay or ask to be placed on any “approved vendor” lists. While I value and strive for positive relationships with all my event-partners, my job is to be an advocate for, and to represent, the interests of my couple or client.
